Particular emphasis has been placed on bilingual functionality using Polylang, configuring payment and shipping methods, and optimizing the website’s structure and content for search engines.
The T-Gallery project began with the migration from the previous OpenCart platform to WordPress and WooCommerce, with the aim of creating a more flexible online store and simplifying content management.
The next stage involved organizing the product catalogue, categories, and brands, adapting the website’s layout for desktops, tablets, and mobile devices, and developing both Greek and English versions.
Particular attention was given to the shopping cart and checkout process, the integration of online payments through Revolut, and the configuration and testing of alternative payment solutions such as PayPal and myPOS. Shipping options and the necessary e-commerce settings were also configured.
The final stage included functionality testing, basic SEO optimization, redirects from the previous website, and integration with Google Analytics and Search Console to monitor website traffic and performance.
Ongoing store management and maintenance include product updates, content improvements, and monitoring of website functionality and traffic.
